Product Benefits
Improving Performance
Probiotics improve digestion and absorption through various mechanisms, leading to enhanced performance.
Improved feed efficiency
Probiotics help improve food digestion by maintaining the health of intestinal cells, leading to better production and secretion of digestive enzymes. Additionally, probiotics play a direct role in food digestion by secreting specific enzymes.
Improvement of gut health
The digestive system, as the primary site for digestion and absorption of feed, plays a crucial role in the economic productivity of the herd. One of the most important factors in maintaining digestive health is the regulation of gut microbiota. Probiotics contribute significantly to regulating gut microbiota through mechanisms such as competition for attachment sites and nutrients, as well as the production of various metabolites.

Modes of Action
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens plays a role through various mechanisms such as the production of secondary metabolites, lactic acid, enzyme production, and the effect of Quorum Quenching.
Gut microbiota balance
Ecobiol® provides a favorable environment for the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut by utilizing competitive exclusion and direct antagonism through secondary metabolites and quorum quenching.
Gut health
Ecobiol® inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria and produces lactic acid, maintaining the health of intestinal enterocyte cells and ensuring an adequate absorption level.

Product description
Ecobiol is a probiotic based on the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain. This product contains 1 × 10^10 bacteria. Through various mechanisms, this bacterium inhibits the growth of E. coli, Salmonella, and Clostridium in the gut environment, secretes lactic acid, and ultimately enhances digestion and improves nutrient absorption.
How does Ecobiol work?
- The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens bacteria produces lactic acid by consuming sugars available in the gut environment. This action reduces the pH of the digestive tract, decreasing the growth of harmful bacteria such as Clostridia, while promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacilli.
- All living organisms, including bacteria, strive for survival. For this reason, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens inhibits the growth of other microorganisms by producing various secondary metabolites.
- Quorum Quenching Effect: Bacterial populations communicate and form colonies through the Quorum Sensing system. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens secretes enzymes that break down these signaling molecules, disrupting the communication between bacteria through the Quorum Quenching effect.
- Bacillus amyloliquefaciens increases the expression of IL-8. This cytokine plays a significant role in combating gastrointestinal pathogens. For example, in salmonella infection, this protein leads to the accumulation of neutrophils in the intestinal tissue. On the other hand, the secretion of TNF-α is also increased.
این نقش تنظیمی به خصوص در شرایط استرس اکسیداتیو اهمیت ویژهای مییابد و حفظ سیستم ایمنی رودهای را به دنبال دارد.
Features of Ecobiol:
- Resistance to pelleting temperature (90°C for 6 minutes)
- Resistance to disinfectants (up to 2 kg Termin-8)
- Compatibility with antibiotics when used as a growth promoter
- Compatibility with acidifiers and coccidiostats
